Donations appreciated. All sessions are guided unless denoted as “silent”.

Meditation Courses
Our Meditation Courses include both special interest classes that focus on a particular aspect of relaxation and meditation, and our progressive learning series courses designed to help students progress from basic to more advanced understanding and level of practice.
