*Designed for those interested in yoga as more than exercise, this class presents asana, deep relaxation, breathing exercises and meditation to bring about complete reintegration of body, mind and spirit, eliminate deep-seated mental habit patterns that prevent personal growth, and ultimately lead the practitioner to tranquility. $15/session or drop-in pass

Our Meditation Courses include both special interest classes that focus on a particular aspect of relaxation and meditation, and our progressive learning series courses designed to help students progress from basic to more advanced understanding and level of practice.
