Join us for an evening of quiet self-awareness, self-acceptance and self-healing hosted by the skillful Cynthia Gran.
We will listen to the silence together, release our hindrances, enjoy some restorative and gentle hatha yoga, experience yoga nidra, and practice deep awareness of our connection to the inner realm and joyful heart space.
All levels are welcome.
Please wear comfortable clothes, bring your favorite shawl, and eat a light dinner before coming.
A light tea will follow, compliments of Himalayan Yoga and Meditation.
Suggested Donation of $10-20 goes in support of the Himalayan Yoga and Meditation Center.
