Based on the pamphlet of the same name written by Swami Veda Bharati in 1997, the Five Pillars of Sadhana are some of the most important concepts for those treading the path of meditation. They bring us into a better understanding of ourselves, and they help us deepen our efforts both on retreat and in daily life. These concepts will be presented as in the book, but also with an ayurvedic perspective on what trips us up, preventing us from our fullest expression of our true nature.
