Those who dedicate themselves to the path of yoga often find it easier to offer love and service to others than to themselves. This workshop is an invitation to include yourself in your own circle of kindness.
In the first half, Jamie Lynn will guide participants through an introduction to Mindful Self-Compassion, a research-based program offering practices for treating ourselves as we would treat a good friend.
The second half moves into mindful yoga, a practice of compassionately moving the body to center the mind and calm the nervous system.
Together, these practices offer a path towards union, melting the ego through awareness, connection, and kindness.
