Hatha and Meditation Combo Class with Lata

New and experienced students are welcomed to join us for a 5 week online combination hatha and meditation class.

Practice within your own comfortable capacity as we go through awareness practices, diaphragmatic breathing, relaxation, gentle movements and asanas.

To support living more harmoniously we’ll explore the benefits of the four Viharas: loving kindness, compassion, joy and equanimity. We’ll discuss and contemplate their meaning in a brief sitting or walking practice before we have a guided group meditation.
