Swami Rama taught Joints and Glands exercises to help students reconnect with their bodies, to develop balance and flexibility, and to improve posture. These exercises are highly recommended for persons suffering from arthritis, rheumatism and habitual stiffness. The exercises can be practiced in a chair and are suitable for virtually all students.
This practice is a traditional way of moving various parts of the body to help prepare for meditation. Each session will end with a guided relaxation.
