This thoroughly gentle and mindful class is great for any level or ability. Please join us via Zoom for 90 minutes of inspiration, soft strengthening, stretching, deep breathing, and soothing relaxation. Each class will end with a brief meditation.

About Your Instructor:
Cynthia Gran, DAy, E-RYT 500, YACEP, has been treading the Himalayan path since the late 1970s. Cynthia and her husband, Gary, DAy. CYT, first attended the old Glenview Center in Illinois where they met and have served the tradition in various capacities over the years. They are both certified yoga teachers and Ayurvedic educators. They have published more than eighty articles on yoga, meditation and Ayurveda. They are currently in Minnesota for the summer teaching at The Meditation Center.
No prior experience needed – “Come as you are.”
Certified Yoga Teachers: 1.5 CE hours available through Yoga Alliance.
